    Hey guys,

I'm bit lost about this. I'll put down a few examples of mons and see and hopefully someone knows the answer ^^ My questions are how do these XX (+%) leader skills work? Are normal pure % skills better?

    1. wild fang(fire)- increases allies blue soul recovery by 20(+1)%
    2. Latt(water)- increases allies attack power by 30(+1%) in the astromon league

when you obtain a variant astromon, it'll have the leader skill. However, the strength of the leader skill varies a little depending on your luck. If you look at the astromon guide for, i.e. wild fang, the leader skill increases blue soul recovery by 20-25%. So if you get a wild fang with a leader skill of 22% bonus blue soul recovery, it is shown as 20(+2)%.

So basically the higher the + in the ( ), the better the skill. In your second example, if you set Latt as the leader, during fights in the astromon league, your astromons will get a bonus of 31% to their base attack. So if you have an astromon in your party with 1000 base attack + 500 attack from gems, his total attack in the astromon league will be 1810.

I don't know if evolving and such changes the number in the ( )

    Squiry,
U can increase the lead skill by doing the same thing after the mon is at max Evo that's where the extra 1% comes in

Notice all mons have eg 40%(+5%)

The 5% can be increase by feeding the same mon to it to increase the % by 1

If ur wild fang is variant Evo, just use a Evo fire fang will do. Don't need to be variant.

Unless ur fire fang isn't variant the use Evo fire fang to make it variant at Evo for the +1% as well.

Is the variant skill limited to the variant remains in the team or dissappears the effect after the variant is going down during a combat?

Variant skill lead will still be in effect even if the mon went down.

Along the same lines, my Fire Variant Horan states it can only be evolved with a Variant. It's already one so if I feed it another Variant does it add to the 15% resistance or change the leader skill?

It adds, but only if the one you feed has a higher %.

It doesn't add 15+15, it'll be something like 16% or 17% total in the end

Not worth it for a whole Horan.

You only need to feed your horan a variant miho. So if you have a variant horan with 15(+1) and a variant miho with 15(+4) leader skill, you can feed the miho to the horan, which will become 15(+4)
