Problems after update

    Hi.
    I can't play game since the last update. It says something about connection problems, but every other update (I tried instaling the game again) works.

    Sorry for my english.

    What device are you using and can you possibly add a screenshot?

    Just to double check, you uninstalled and then reinstalled the game and all the updates work?

    have you tried turning off/on the device? or is it a weak wifi connection by chance?

    i had this problem before too, it's weird because i get through it if i use cell data and switch back to wifi after logging in.

    Tried 2 times installing the game. It goes fine in play store and then, starts updating. First 23 updates are ok, but then shows this message. Doesn't work with WiFi, neither with cell data.

    Rebooted the phone too.

    I'm not entirely sure on how you would be able to fix it to work on your phone, but you might be able to play it on an emulator until the next patch.

    The only way we would be able to find out if its a server issue or something else is if we installed a packet sniffer to see if your device is sending to their server in the first place -- I assume you dont want to do this :p

    I have the same problem, I logged in with facebook, then I got disconnected because the servers were updating... and then I couldn't play anymore. I tried reinstalling the game several times, rebooted the phone... nothing. When I tap the screen to play I briefly see a spinning thing, then nothing happens. I'm using a Jolla phone with Sailfish 2. I also tried from a Samsung Galaxy 3 and I get the exact same problem. I tried with mobile connection, different wifi... nothing to do :(
